I’m a Multicultural adoptee and have been brought up in a White Family and grow up in a mostly White community. In the Midwest City of Madison Wisconsin which had a small- town Mom and Pop culture in my youth. Which is now continuing to growing into a larger diverse population in my adulthood. I have experienced many unique conditions due to these facts. And have many stories to share. I’m married and have three children who my Wife and I continue to raise in our home town. I have worked in the (IT) Information Technology Industry for over 20 years. I’m also a Professional Speaker and speak on the topics of Workplace Diversity and Inclusion, Multicultural Adoption, Racial Diversity and Culture. Adaptability to technology and social change are also topics.
